Sriram Srinivasan brings over 15 years of experience to the Piramal Group and currently heads Chennai and Hyderabad region. His expertise lies in the area of debt raising, structuring private placements, joint development and outright land transactions.
Sriram is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has spent 6 years with the Real Estate Lending team of ICICI Bank as well as 9 years with Jones Lang-Lasalle in the Capital Markets and Real Estate Advisory. During this time, he has worked closely with various stakeholders in the real estate industry, advising them on fund raising, capital budgeting, structuring transactions as well as asset acquisition and disposals.
Throughout his experience, Sriram has worked with the top developers including Appaswamy Real Estates, TVS Group, Ceebros, Casa Grande, VGN Developers, Akshaya Homes, Baashyaam Constructions, Doshi Housing, Navin Housing, TVH etc.
